What does it actually look like to develop your psychic abilities — from scratch, with no roadmap, and no guarantee you're doing it right? In this candid solo episode, Amanda Parker takes us on an intimate tour of her personal journey through psychic development, from her first Reiki training that cracked open her awareness, to immersive retreats in Sweden that finally made everything click. She's not sharing a polished success story — she's sharing the real, messy, beautiful truth of what it means to step into your gifts.
Amanda takes us through the pivotal programs and teachers that shaped her path, including a life-changing seven-day online psychic training with her Reiki teacher Emma during COVID, courses at London's prestigious College of Psychic Studies, and an unforgettable retreat in snowy Sweden with Not Your Average Psychic (Saskia and Rochelle). At every turn, she faced the same inner obstacle: a deep-seated fear of getting it wrong. What she discovered is that the biggest barrier to psychic development isn't lack of ability — it's the performance pressure and self-doubt layered on top of gifts that were always there.
One of the most powerful threads woven throughout this episode is the distinction between psychic channeling and mediumship, and why understanding how you personally receive information is far more important than trying to fit someone else's mould. Amanda reflects on how she now blends psychic channeling, Oracle cards, Reiki energy healing, and coaching into transformational Oracle readings — and how that work has become one of the most fulfilling practices of her life.
This episode is a love letter to everyone who has ever sensed they had something more within them but couldn't quite access it. Amanda's message is clear and hopeful: you haven't lost your abilities. You've simply forgotten how to find them. And with the right support, practice, and permission to trust yourself, you can remember.
Key Takeaways
Psychic abilities are not rare — they're universal. Every single person has access to these gifts; most of us have simply learned to suppress them due to societal pressure, family expectations, or the need to fit in.
There is no right or wrong way to receive psychic information. One person may see images, another may hear words, another may just know. Honouring your own unique channel is the key to unlocking it.
Psychic development is a lifelong muscle, not a one-time course. Like going to the gym, consistent practice and feedback build confidence, trust, and skill over time.
The biggest block is performance pressure, not lack of ability. Needing to "get it right" shuts down the channel. Learning to set the intention, relax, and trust what comes through is the real work.
This journey is about remembering, not becoming. You are not trying to transform into something new — you are rediscovering who you have always been.

Terms & Tools to Dig Deeper
Altered states of consciousness — Mental states that differ from ordinary waking awareness, including deep meditation, trance, or hypnosis. Often accessed intentionally during psychic and healing work to expand perception beyond everyday cognition.
Astral travel — The experience of consciousness leaving the physical body and moving through non-physical planes of existence. One of the skills accessed during Amanda's psychic development training with Emma.
Automatic writing — A practice where the writer allows intuitive or channeled information to flow through them onto the page without conscious filtering or deliberate thought. Amanda uses this regularly as a journaling and insight practice.
Channeling — The act of receiving and transmitting information, energy, or wisdom from a source beyond one's ordinary conscious mind — which may include guides, the higher self, spirits, or the universe.
Claire senses (implied) — While not named explicitly, Amanda describes the full range of psychic sensing: seeing (clairvoyance), tasting (clairgustance), smelling (clairalience), and knowing (claircognizance). Each person tends to receive psychic information through a dominant sense.
College of Psychic Studies — A long-established school in London offering structured courses in psychic development, mediumship, and related spiritual subjects. Amanda completed introductory, intermediate, and advanced psychic mediumship courses there.
Creative mind / creative thinking — In the context of psychic development, the ability to receive and hold images, impressions, and information that may not follow logical order. Cultivating this is one of the first steps in opening the psychic channel.
Delphi University — A US institution offering programs in psychic and spiritual development; attended by Amanda's mother.
Developing Psychic Awareness — The name of the specific program Amanda completed with her teacher Emma — a series of 30 meditations covering multiple levels of psychic ability, including remote healing, remote viewing, astral travel, and working with spirit guides.
Goosebumps (as confirmation signal) — Amanda's personal physical indicator — a full-body sensation — that she has channeled and delivered an accurate or resonant piece of psychic information.
Higher self — A concept in spiritual and metaphysical traditions referring to a person's soul-level consciousness or most authentic spiritual identity, beyond the ego or personality self.
Intuition — The ability to understand or know something instinctively, without conscious reasoning. Often described as the foundational layer of psychic awareness — the everyday form of inner knowing that everyone has access to.
Meditative journey — A guided or self-directed deep meditation used to access non-ordinary states of awareness. Often used in psychic training to practice visualisation, spirit contact, and energy work.
Mediumship — A form of psychic communication specifically focused on connecting with spirits, guides, ancestors, angels, or entities in the spirit realm. Involves two-way communication with those who have passed on or never incarnated. Distinct from general psychic channeling.
Oracle cards — Divination tools used as a focal point or catalyst for psychic channeling and intuitive guidance. A core element of Amanda's Oracle readings.
Oracle readings — Amanda's signature offering: a blended session combining psychic channeling, Oracle cards, Reiki energy healing, and coaching skills.
Psychic channeling — The receipt of intuitive information or knowing that flows through a person — often a flash of insight or inner certainty — as distinct from the two-way dialogue of mediumship.
Psychic development — The intentional practice of cultivating, strengthening, and trusting one's innate psychic and intuitive abilities through training, meditation, practice, and feedback.
Psychic mediumship — A blended practice combining psychic awareness (channeled knowing) and mediumship (spirit communication). Often taught and practised together, though the two skills are distinct.
Psychic Salon — A live group event format. Amanda co-hosted one with Not Your Average Psychic (Saskia and Rochelle) in London in September 2024.
Reiki — A Japanese energy healing modality involving the channeling of universal life-force energy. Amanda credits her Reiki training as her first major spiritual awakening — the experience that first opened her psychic channel.
Remote healing — The practice of sending healing energy to a person or situation at a distance, without physical presence.
Remote viewing — A psychic practice of perceiving or describing a target (person, place, or object) without being physically present. Accessed during Amanda's training with Emma.
Soul reconnection — The central teaching philosophy of Not Your Average Psychic (Saskia and Rochelle): the idea that psychic ability flows naturally once a person reconnects to their soul and most authentic self.
Spirit guides — Non-physical beings — which may include ancestors, angels, or higher-dimensional entities — that offer guidance, wisdom, and support. Invited in during Amanda's early psychic training.
Spiritual awakening — A shift in consciousness in which a person becomes aware of a deeper spiritual reality beyond ordinary life. Amanda identifies her Reiki training as the moment her own awakening began.
Spiritual jargon — Amanda's term for the specialised language of spiritual communities (e.g. "raising your consciousness," "your higher self," "altered states") that can feel alienating to newcomers. Demystifying this language is part of her mission with the podcast.
Theta state — A brainwave state (4–8 Hz) associated with deep meditation, creativity, dreaming, and altered consciousness. Commonly accessed during psychic, healing, and hypnotic work.
3D senses — Amanda's term for the five ordinary physical senses (sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell), used to contrast with psychic or non-physical perception.

I am so happy to be here once again. Today we're talking about a topic that is super important to me. It's something that I have actually been dedicating myself to for the last number of years. So we're talking about becoming a psychic and what it actually looks like to go through a process of psychic development. So if you're someone who has been working on deepening your intuition or looking to connect more with your psychic abilities or maybe even mediumship abilities, you're gonna love this episode. I'm going to be sharing with you my own journey through psychic development, the many different courses and programs and teachers that I've worked with, and the many different ways that I have been just strengthening that skill set within myself. And also how I was able to pay attention to what some of those skills were that I already had, but maybe hadn't fully recognized.
Amanda Parker: 02:00
The reason that it feels so important to me today to be sharing this with you is because I'm just back from a retreat with not your average psychic. You might have listened to an episode with Saskia and Rochelle on the podcast right here before. We recorded an episode together back in 2024, I believe, and then hosted an event together here in London, a psychic salon that took place in uh September of 2024 as well. So some of this is going to sound familiar, but the truth is I am not the same person that I was back when we first recorded that episode. And I can imagine that you're not as well. One thing that I'd love to share with you, because I didn't really understand this when I was first starting out on my journey. So I first had my Reiki training experience. That was a spiritual awakening for me, even though I didn't really have the words and understanding of what that was at the time. Many years later, I could identify that for myself. And along with opening up that channel of energy, came an influx of information and insight that very likely I'd had access to previously, but I didn't really know what to do with it. And because I wasn't fully aware and tuned in, I didn't know that that was intuition. I didn't know that some of that was psychic information that was coming through. So what happened in that Reiki training for me was really opening up that flow and that channel in a way that I could start to recognize what was coming through as channeling versus information that was just coming from me or coming through my education or my mind. And I remember at that time I was super keen to learn more, like to learn absolutely everything that I possibly could about the type topic of psychic development or healing or entering theta states or altered states of consciousness. Once again, I am talking to you here in 2026, where I have done a lot of research and education and experimentation and spoken to a lot of thought leaders on these topics. At the time, I didn't know any of these words. I had no idea what was actually happening. Part of my mission with this podcast and with all the work I do is to really demystify some of that spiritual jargon, you know, raising your level of consciousness and entering altered states and your higher self, et cetera, because it didn't used to mean anything to me. Those words did not describe the experience that I was having, and I didn't know how to contextualize anything that I was experiencing. Now I can tell you all the beautiful words, wrap it up in a nice bow and hand it to you on a platter. But my wish is really that if you find yourself in any part of this process or in your own development, whether that be psychic development, just developing your intuition, or even just developing like a deeper self-awareness of who you are and what it is that you want in your life, that you know there are so many different ways to tap in and access that information for you. There is no one right or wrong. So the story that I'm going to tell you now about my own journey is just that. That's my own journey. These are the steps that I needed to take because I needed to learn something. To be honest, I think most of this journey for me has just been trying to recognize how much I already know and to really honor and respect that. I think for so long, I really couldn't see just how far along I was. And so I kept only seeing the end goal that I had made up in my mind was the place that I wanted to get to, and I didn't know how to get there. Let me take you in for a moment to what that experience was really like for me. So when I was getting really eager to develop my psychic abilities, I didn't really know what it meant. I knew that when I was a kid, my mom had done something similar. I knew that she had gone to study psychic development at a college or a school that was called Delphi University in the US. And I knew that that was something that had been really life-changing for her. So I was young. I don't remember what year that she did it. Hope you're okay with me sharing this, mom, but I think so. So I knew that my mom had developed psychic abilities and that she was really good at it. So this was not a concept that was completely foreign to me, but I just never knew if I had my own psychic abilities. I remember even as far back as when I was a child, my goal in life, I used to say this all the time. I used to want to be a psychic for animals because I wanted to be able to talk to them. And I didn't know how to do that yet, but I just knew, knew, knew in my heart and soul that at some point in time I would be able to do that. And I was so convicted of this. Like my whole life, I always knew this. I'm gonna be an animal psychic. I'm gonna be able to talk to animals. I have no idea how that's gonna happen, but I know that there's gonna be some point in time where I just have that ability and it becomes easy. I mean, even saying this out loud now, I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it because what? Like, where does that kind of conviction even come from? And I think it's those moments throughout our lives that we have this knowing about something. We have this like absolute conviction that something is true, even when we have no idea why. We we can't justify it. We don't have any proof of it, you know. You might know with a hundred percent certainty that you are going to move to another country or live in a different state or get a different kind of job or you're gonna marry a certain type of person, and you have no idea why you know that, but you just do. And that is, to me, the signs of your psychic awareness. And I really believe that every single one of us has access to these abilities. I think that most of us have just forgotten how to access them. We've been faced with societal pressure, pressure from our families, we've had to figure out how to earn a living or get a job or function in the world that we're all jointly living in today. So even though many of us or all of us have this ability, most of us have learned how to squash it because
Amanda Parker: 08:50
it wasn't socially acceptable and it might have even been weird. So many of the clients that I work with who come in have had these abilities and they've known it and they think it's really weird, really strange, taboo. It's something they don't talk about. But I can guarantee you that almost every single, and I have worked with hundreds of clients, almost every single person I have worked with has come with a similar kind of story. So let me be the first to tell you that everyone has these abilities. You do as well. You might just not know how to fully tap into that, and it might require some support or assistance or practice to be able to open up that channel again, but it's there and it's possible. For me, when I started to have all of these more spiritual experiences that I couldn't quite understand at the time, I knew I wanted to develop those psychic gifts even more. So my Reiki teacher also taught a program that was called Developing Psychic Awareness. And that program was a series of 30 meditations. Normally she would do it in person over like 10 days, but because of COVID, I was living in Berlin, in Germany, and she was living in Bangkok, Thailand. So we decided to do the program remotely. I was so, so grateful to her because I knew that she hadn't taught that program online until that point. And we spent seven very intensive days together, basically going into these deep meditative journeys where I was able to access and tap into all these different types of psychic abilities. At that time, I had no idea what I was tapping into. I just trusted her, still do. Thank you, Emma. But I had no idea what I was tapping into. Today I could sit here and start to dissect what some of those different experiences were because I've had so much experience since then that taught me. But in that initial training, I remember one of the first meditations that we did together was to help me expand my creative mind. So one of the things about psychic development or even being able to hear your intuition is that you really need to hone your ability to think creatively. Because when you are channeling psychic information, so much of it does not make sense. If you and I are in a session and I all of a sudden say, Yeah, I see a mushroom and it's growing on an umbrella, and that umbrella looks like it's in the ocean. And I'm sitting there thinking, this sounds like absolute psychotic babble nonsense. And you might say, Oh my God, I had a favorite purple umbrella that I left in the ocean and when I and it had a you know, sticker of a mushroom on it, for example. So you have to relinquish your desire for things to make sense because they don't. They don't always make sense, not even in our own lives. It's like false narrative that the things that we do in our life actually make sense. That's another story for another day. But you have to be able to tap into that creative thinking so that you can think outside of the box so that you stop doubting yourself. Like, why am I seeing a purple ocean? That makes no sense. I'm not gonna say it out loud. Sometimes that very thing that you see, that purple ocean, is exactly what that person needs to see, or it holds some special meaning to them that you couldn't have possibly known about when you first got that word or that vision or that information. As a part of that psychic development training, so the developing psychic awareness training that I did with Emma was to go into a meditation. And one of the early meditations was about visualizing a table and it had a white tablecloth, and there was some fruit on the table. And all she wanted me to do was look at it, to go walk up to it, to maybe touch it, to see the colors, the textures, if there were smells, anything like that. And I remember I was terrified of getting it wrong. In my mind, there was such a clear, you either get this right or you screw it up. And that says a lot about me and how I have operated in the world, because that is, you know, something that I've been working on like my whole adult life. But I remember going into that meditation and freaking out about the apples and bananas and oranges sitting on this white table. Like somehow I wasn't gonna get it right or I couldn't really see it right. But that was just the tip of the iceberg to being able to see things that are not actually here in the present reality. You know, I can hold up this mug for those of you who are listening. It's a beautiful white mug. There's little hearts on it. Some are red, some are pink, some are peach colored. I've got coffee in here, which
Amanda Parker: 13:40
I'd really like to take a sip of right now. There you go. And I can tell you exactly what that coffee tastes like. I can tell you the temperature of it. It's pretty lukewarm by now. It's been sitting on my desk as I've been talking to you. Um, I can hold this mug, it has different ridges on it. I can feel these different places where the mug is ridged, there's a handle, etc. So I can actually fully describe to you this article because it's sitting on my desk. When things start to come through psychically, you're still doing the same thing. It's just that you're not actually holding it in your hands, or maybe you're not really tasting it or really smelling it. But you would be shocked how much information can still come through when you are quote unquote imagining it. So I might still be able to tell you that a lemon, I can think about that lemon, I can taste the sourness on my tongue. If I think about licking the peel of a lemon, it might be a bit bitter and like not that pleasant, but I can even think of the dimples on the skin of that lemon. If you cut it open, you might see the juice start to pour out. So you have that level of detail when you are channeling psychically. You can see, you can taste, you can smell. And that doesn't mean that happens all the time for every single channeling. It doesn't. And every single person receives information differently. One person might see the lemon clearly, one might just taste it and know it's a lemon, right? Someone else might just say, oh, lemon, and the word just comes to them without having any visual or other tactile sensations that come along with it. So one of the first things that I learned was how to engage with and see things that weren't physically present. And that was something that was quite scary to me because once you know that you can see and experience the world without using your 3D senses and touch and taste and eyes and everything else, a lot of stuff will open up because everything that we've been taught is no longer, you know, factually true. Because now I, in that case, had experiences that showed me a different way of living. After I did that psychic training with Emma, so much started to change in my life. And I'll be honest, that was really profound. So if you want to get in touch with Emma, I will share her contact information with you in the show notes. You can go to her website, you can have the course or sign up for the course on your own. You might have to fly to Bangkok to do it, but I highly recommend it. It was absolutely life-changing. And in that course, I now know that we were actually tapping into all these different levels of psychic development that I didn't have words for back then, but things like healing work, uh, remote healing, remote viewing, astral travel, and so much more. We were looking to the past, we were looking to the future, we were inviting in spirit guides. Like there was so much happening that I'm so grateful I had that foundation as I was just starting out. Because as I moved through my own development, like so much didn't make any sense. Fast forward about maybe two years, and I discovered once I moved to London that there was a school called the College of Psychic Studies here in London, and that they offer courses in psychic development and psychic mediumship and many other different kinds of courses. At the time, they were just doing like primarily online courses because COVID had, we all know what COVID did, like they couldn't do their in-person classes. So I signed up for an intro-level psychic mediumship course. And once again, I was so scared. I thought that there was like a very specific way that you're supposed to do this and receive information. And so I just kept feeling like I could either get it right or wrong. And that's like a big theme, as I mentioned. So when I first did that course, I just kept thinking I was not a medium. I couldn't see people, I couldn't see spirits, I had no idea other people I was channeling with were giving me all these different stories about what was happening, what they were seeing, who they were talking to. And I just wasn't experiencing it in the same way. And I kind of freaked out because I had all this pressure on myself to get it right, to do it well, to perform. And I wasn't able to actually connect with the energy in the way that I receive it, which might have looked different than my classmates. That being said, the structure of that program was fantastic. We had weekly courses, two hours. I think it was like Wednesday evenings, that particular course. So two hours every single Wednesday for eight weeks. And we would literally come on and the teacher would give us some kind of exercise or some kind of meditation to get us into the space. And then we would basically spend the rest of the class just in pair breakouts channeling for each other. So if you want to learn how to channel, there's really nothing better than going into a meditation to bring yourself into that higher state and having someone that you can practice with and give feedback to or receive feedback from. So that was that course. I moved on to the intermediate level and then to the advanced level where I was able to just continue practicing, continue practicing and developing that skill. So by this point, I had, you know, graduated from advanced psychic mediumship, but I still didn't quite feel like I was a medium, at least not in the same way of how I have heard others talk about their skills. And I even had an incredible medium here on the show, Jessica Lynn. So that was a few episodes back. I can link to that. And listening to the way that she developed herself as a medium and the way that she practiced and built her business was super inspiring to me because I hadn't really ever given myself that chance to practice. I kind of thought I would just do the class and then I would be a medium. And that was the only steps that were needed. I hadn't realized that no, you don't just learn how to be a medium and then it's done. This is like a lifelong skill. It's literally a muscle, like going to the gym that you need to work out and work out and work out and practice. For some people, it comes absolutely natively. They have no trouble tuning in. And for others, if you're more like me, you need to actually practice so that you can build the confidence, so that you can trust the information that you're getting, and so that you keep building up that skill set over time. That being said, I do believe that I am a natural. I do believe we all are, but I think that all of my human programs of performance, of success, of entrepreneurship, of corporate life, of all these different things,
Amanda Parker: 20:50
all of these different layers that I have had in my life prevented me from being able to see or experience those abilities. Now that I have kind of like cracked through the ceiling of that, I'm able to let that information flow so much more easily. I can access it more freely. And I really, because I've been practicing and because I've been giving readings now for quite a while, I really have the confidence of seeing the reactions of people who I read for and receiving that feedback to know that the information that I am channeling is accurate and is reaching the person in the way and time that they need it. So that's something that's also really important because if we have no feedback and have no idea, even the best mediums are sitting there thinking, am I making this shit up? Like, am I just making this whole thing up? Is any of this real? Is everyone gonna think I'm a fraud? So people are really nervous about this, but when you're able to deliver information and really receive that feedback, if it's just a visual or someone sends you a message, it is really. Helpful to know that you are actually on the right track. In my case, when I'm channeling something and it's really spot on, and I know that I've just like hit the nail on the head with the message that I needed to deliver, I get goosebumps head to toe. It runs through my whole body. And then in that moment, I'm really like, okay, I know. Because sometimes I still will leave a call or a channeling or, you know, some client work, whatever the context, and think, oh God, did I give them what they needed? Did I really give them the information they need? And this is after years of development and practice and work and all of this. So it happens to all of us, it happens to the best of us. One thing I want to also just clarify for a moment, because I think there's a lot of confusion around what's the difference between like a psychic or a medium or a psychic mediumship or just mediumship. So here's the definition that I work with, and it might look different for different people. So I invite you to understand how, like what this means for yourself. In mediumship, you're really connecting with spirits and the spirit world. And that might be people that you know who have passed on, that might be living humans who are no longer living, that might be animals, that might be entities, it might be something that has never incarnated on earth. So the definition can go pretty wide, but it's really about having that two-way communication with the spirit realm and with guides or angels or ancestors or people who are no longer here. Psychic information, psychic channeling is less of that conversation and more of just that information feels almost like it's pouring through you. Now that can come in many different ways. They're not like so exclusive, and that's why you have so many people who work across psychic mediumship. But in my experience, it's really like this inner knowing that this thing needs to be said and just trusting myself enough to be able to say it and deliver it in a way that that person actually needs to receive it. Or in my case, I'm sitting here with my journal because I wrote my notes for this episode this morning. So in my case, I journal a lot. I'll ask questions and then I'll just write automatic writing and see what wants to come through on the page so that I can get that wisdom in a different way than having to just feel it come through and trust it in that way. The psychic side is really just having that kind of flash of insight or knowing. And the mediumship side is almost this two-way communication with the spirit realm. In both cases, you're communicating with the universe or something greater than yourself, but some people have an affinity or an ability to really tap into different levels of that. You know, I have uh friends and also psychics and mediums that I've worked with who are like very clearly able to have this conversation and say, your grandmother's here with you. Here's what she wants you to know. This is what she's wearing. And while I can do that, and it has happened, that's not my typical way of communicating information. For me, it's usually coming through psychically. And then sometimes I might feel that there's something else or someone else who's there in the room that wants to make themselves known as well. But it really comes through different for every single person. So play with it, find your own way, see what works for you, but know that there is no one what right or wrong way. And as someone who has taken many different courses, let me be the first to tell you people don't even teach this in the same way. Everyone has a different way of teaching. So it's up to you to find a teacher whose energy resonates with you and whose method and way of teaching resonates. And there's no better or worse, I mean, maybe there are better or worse teachers, obviously, um, but it's really just about the way that you learn and the way that you are able to absorb and take in that information. So I would say that in my own psychic development journey, um, one really pivotal moment for me was last year, I decided to do a retreat with Not Your Average Psychic. So with Saskia and Rochelle, who I mentioned earlier in this episode. And I went with

them on a retreat to Sweden where they were teaching their psychic school over the course of the retreat. I think it was like five days, four nights, or six days, five nights. I can't remember exactly. And so we were a group of about 12 people who came together, who were all in this space together. And Saskia and Rochelle were teaching the methods that they use in their psychic school. And it was such a beautiful experience. So a lot of what we were doing, I mean, they're very unique. And I know they're always channeling the different energy of the group, and they're helping people to meet like themselves exactly where they are on that journey, but through a combination of different types of meditation, different types of activities and exercises that really took me out of my comfort zone, and I believe everyone else as well, you were just able to deepen, deepen, deepen your own connection with yourself, and as they call it, with your soul. So the whole point of what they're teaching is that you reconnect to your soul, and from there, you're able to channel wisdom from the universe and for others and to help you live your life more authentically and more true to who you are. And I remember going to that retreat in Sweden, it was in March, it was freezing. We still had snow on the ground, but I didn't care. The land felt sacred, the space felt sacred. And for the first time in my psychic development journey, everything made sense. Sitting in that room, I was finally able to stop trying so hard and to stop pressuring myself to get it right. And through their method and way of teaching, I was really able to just let that whole process feel so much easier. And they really facilitated that. So I definitely give the credit there because for me, it was sitting in the room, and all of a sudden, I have to channel for the person next to me. There's no drama about it. You just say what comes up and something always came. And I could really learn that all of these different techniques that I had been learning about how to get it right or how to do this process or how to start and this and this and this and the ways to start seeing and all these things that were not coming naturally to me at all. I realized that I could just set the intention, center myself, and then be able to channel. What I realized in this retreat that I've just come back from was I could just see how much I have grown over the last year and how much my own abilities have developed. Because this retreat for me was no longer just about learning. I wasn't learning new techniques because I've already learned a lot of the things that they teach. And even though they teach it in different ways, it wasn't about understanding this for the first time for me, but it was about deepening my understanding, deepening my connection to the work and the practices, and really completely and totally trusting myself with the information that was coming through. Last year, I started offering Oracle readings because I recognized that I had already been channeling in all of my coaching sessions, but I hadn't known that that's what was happening until I had the words and experience for it. So once I realized that I was doing this already with my coaching clients and in so many different settings every day with different people that I interact with, I decided that I wanted to start offering that as an actual service that people could sign up and pay for. So I started offering Oracle readings. It began through a number of different sessions that I offered. I tried for a few of the sessions just to do psychic channeling. I tried for a few of the sessions just to do guiding people on

meditative journeys. And then I landed on these oracle readings, which really is a blend of all the different kinds of healing work that I do. So I'm blending together the psychic channeling, the oracle cards that I work with very closely. I'm blending together the coaching skills that I have, the Reiki energy healing, etc. And these sessions come together and they are freaking magical. So for me, it has just been such a homecoming to recognize that my channel is clear. That was my goal for 2025. And I can say, yes, checked that one off. The channel is clear as long as I keep practicing and staying true to myself. And the way that that looks is going to keep evolving. There is no one singular way that I'm tuning into that information. It depends on the person who's in front of me. It depends on where I am in my own life. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if someone comes into that space, I'm able to support them. Sometimes that might be through mediumship, sometimes through psychic channeling, sometimes just through reading the card and holding that space for them to come and unleash whatever it is that they've been holding on to and haven't really been able to share outside. The things that now come super naturally to me did feel hard a couple of years ago. And the truth is that they were already coming naturally to me. I had just learned how to suppress it. And it wasn't until I could actually wrap my head around the things I was already doing that I could start trusting myself and my voice even more. So I want you to know that if you are on this path, you're developing your psychic abilities or maybe just trying to tap into a deeper level of intuition. I want you to know that there are so many resources out there that can help you in this process, first of all. Second of all, that everyone's journey looks different. Literally, no two people have the same journey, and no two people have developed their psychic skills in the same way. So everything I just shared with you has been so unique to my journey where I am in my life, the people that I've been exposed to or have met along the way. So you can ask for support. Sometimes you'll get the exact right support. Sometimes it won't be exactly what you want. But know that you are still always on that path and always developing. Know that you can continue to get better because I consider myself really tuned in already. And I continue to develop myself all the time because I believe that my abilities will continue to grow as I continue to grow. It's not really about becoming someone new or becoming something new that you never were before. It's really about remembering who you've always been, remembering those abilities that you have always had, and really learning how to tune in again and really learning how that voice of intuition and your own channel speaks to you and learning to trust that. So I am really happy that I could share this with you. I know it was a lot of information, I hope not too scattered, but it has just been such a fulfilling journey for me to really go on this path of developing myself as a psychic, as a medium, learning how to tune into those different energy levels and to trust myself even more. It's one of the most fulfilling practices that I have ever indulged in. And it is something that I know I will continue to use and develop and grow my skill set throughout my lifetime. There's not a single doubt in my mind. So I hope
